About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate, client-focused, and growth-oriented Mindset Coach to support individuals in achieving sustainable behavioural and lifestyle transformation. The role involves working closely with clients to improve emotional wellness, habit formation, motivation, stress management, and overall mindset through evidence-based coaching and therapeutic approaches.

The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling/coaching experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary wellness team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions with clients via video/audio calls.
• Support clients in habit formation, emotional wellness, motivation, stress management, and behaviour change.
• Collaborate with fitness coaches and nutrition coaches to deliver an integrated client experience.
• Track client progress, adherence, engagement, and behavioural outcomes.
• Identify client barriers and provide actionable strategies for sustainable lifestyle improvement.
• Maintain accurate session notes and client documentation.
• Address client concerns empathetically and coordinate with internal stakeholders when required.
• Drive client accountability through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and engagement.
  
  
  Qualifications & Requirements:
• Masters degree (MSc/MA) in Applied Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing counselling/coaching roles.
• Strong understanding and practical application of therapeutic approaches such as:
• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
• Behaviour Modification Techniques
• Motivational Interviewing (preferred)
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in lifestyle, wellness, behavioural health, or habit coaching is preferred.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, documentation systems, and online consultation tools.
