Mill Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction and maintenance activities at the mill/site.
• Manage buildings, foundations, roads, drainage, and structural works.
• Monitor contractors, project progress, quality, and costs.
• Conduct site inspections and structural integrity checks.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction work.
• Coordinate with project, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Prepare project and site progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 310 years of experience in civil construction or industrial projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, mill, or plant projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural, foundation, drainage, and site works.
• Good skills in AutoCAD, BOQ, contractor management, and site supervision.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness.
