Middleware Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and support middleware platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat.
• Deploy applications across development, test, and production environments.
• Monitor middleware servers and ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot application, middleware, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Perform server upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Configure and maintain web servers, SSL certificates, and load balancers.
• Work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting tools.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes as per ITIL standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
