Job Title: Middle Wing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic Middle Wing Coordinator to lead our Middle School Academic Wing. The ideal candidate should be an expert in middle school pedagogy, curriculum planning, and student management, with strong leadership skills to guide teachers and students towards academic excellence and holistic development.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire academic activities of TGT Wing (Class 6-10), ensure timely syllabus completion and effective lesson plan execution.
• Teacher Supervision & Mentoring: Supervise, guide and mentor all TGT teachers, conduct classroom observations, provide feedback and organize training/workshops.
• Prepare timetables, teacher workload distribution, substitution arrangements and exam duties.
• Contribute to curriculum development, annual academic calendar, assessment patterns and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Student Progress & Discipline: Monitor student academic progress, discipline, attendance and overall development of TGT wing students.
• Oversee internal assessments, test schedules, result analysis, report cards and parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
• Act as a communication bridge between Management, Principal, Teachers, Students and Parents.
• Plan and coordinate co-curricular activities, assemblies, competitions, and school events for TGT wing.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE/Board norms, school policies and maintain all academic and administrative records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have passed 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board.
• A Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Minimum 55% marks in graduation and post-graduation.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory, M.Ed. will be preferred.
• Must have qualified CTET / State TET.
• Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience as TGT, with at least 2-3 years as Coordinator / Senior Teacher / HOD.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Other Eligibility Criteria:

• All degrees and diplomas should be from a recognized institution / university.
• Strong leadership, team management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, School ERP, digital learning tools and modern pedagogies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure and passion for academic excellence.
