Ensure governance and lifecycle management (ownership, co-ownership, service accounts, periodic reviews/recertification). What you will be responsible for As Assistant Vice President you will Own intake analysis for automation demand: clarify the problem statement, scope boundaries, constraints, assumptions, and desired outcomes in partnership with Operations SMEs and the Service Owner. Produce high-quality epic/story documentation and functional requirements that are clear, testable, and aligned to delivery standards (including exception paths, evidence needs, and operational handoffs). Lead process mapping and “to be” workflow definition, documenting roles, decision points, exception handling, and BAU embedding requirements for each use case. Provide sizing ownership: develop effort estimates and complexity assessments (in coordination with the Technical Lead) to support prioritisation and planning.
