Middle Office Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and review loan documents, including credit facilities, term sheets, and other related agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry into LoanIQ system for new loan origination.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry trends to assess borrower's creditworthiness.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them through effective communication with clients.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in loan operations or a related field (e.g., banking).
• Strong understanding of ACBS (Accounting Coordination Board System) guidelines for syndicated loans.
• Proficiency in Loaniq software or similar platforms used for loan management.
