MID PPC Professional

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, and social media platforms

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and campaign planning

Create and optimize ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and extensions to improve CTR and conversions

Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS

Perform regular A/B testing of ad copies, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages

Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and better ROI/ROAS

Identify performance gaps and take timely corrective actions based on data and campaign insights

Coordinate with content, design, SEO, and development teams for landing page and campaign improvements

Set up and monitor conversion tracking, goals, and campaign analytics

Prepare and present weekly and monthly PPC performance reports, including insights, learnings, and action plans

Stay updated with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Independently manage day-to-day campaign activities while taking ownership of campaign performance

2.5+ years of hands-on PPC / Paid Media experience

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads; Google Ads certification is preferred

Working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar tools

Good understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable decisions

Good communication and reporting skills

Ability to manage budgets and prioritize campaigns based on business goals

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of campaign results
