Role OverviewWe're looking for Mid-Level Engineers who are passionate about building production-ready AI agents and full-stack applications. You'll work on designing LLM-powered workflows, multi-agent orchestration systems, and scalable backend services that power enterprise AI transformation.
This is an onsite role in Gurgaon with regular collaboration with US-based stakeholders, so availability during the PDT-aligned window (1 PM – 10 PM IST, Monday–Friday) is essential.
What You'll Do- Design and build LLM agent architectures and multi-agent orchestration systems using Claude/Anthropic API and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Develop AI workflow automation pipelines, including prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agent-to-agent communication
- Build scalable backend services using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Celery, and Redis
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT/OAuth2
- Create responsive frontend interfaces using React/Next.js and TypeScript with seamless REST API integration
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Azure (AWS exposure is a plus)
- Set up CI/CD pipelines, monitor application health with Sentry, and maintain code quality through Git workflows
- Collaborate closely with US-based product, engineering, and leadership teams in real-time

What We're Looking For- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Proven experience building AI-powered applications or working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, asynchronous task processing (Celery), and caching (Redis)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS is a plus)
- Familiarity with agent orchestration patterns, prompt engineering, and AI workflow design
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-timezone collaboration with US teams
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon for onsite work
