About this role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with strong exposure to Transaction Services reporting environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable BI solutions, developing enterprise-grade reports and dashboards, and supporting high-volume transactional analytics.
Responsibilities - Experience with MicroStrategy Transaction Services and strong working knowledge (Must have)
- Preferred: MicroStrategy Certification or equivalent advanced-level credentials.
- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, dossiers, and intelligent cubes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large transactional datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in MicroStrategy development, including building dashboards, documents, reports, and complex metrics.
- Expertise in schema design, project configuration, cubes, and optimization techniques for high performance dashboards - Perform performance tuning of reports, cubes, and database queries.
- Manage schema objects including attributes, facts, hierarchies, transformations, and metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot MicroStrategy issues, manage security roles, and support end user adoption.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and structured testing.
- Provide production support and continuous optimization of reporting solutions.
