Job Summary
Experience: 3-5 Years
Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, scorecards, and dossiers.
- Create and manage MicroStrategy metadata objects, including attributes, facts, metrics, hierarchies, filters, and prompts.
- Develop ad-hoc reports and interactive visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues related to MicroStrategy Intelligence Server.
- Develop and support ETL and data warehouse integration for reporting solutions.
- Implement security and user access controls within the MicroStrategy environment.
- Schedule and monitor report execution, subscriptions, and distributions.
- Perform data validation, testing, and ensure data accuracy across reports and dashboards.
- Provide production support, defect fixes, and enhancements for existing BI solutions.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Strong experience with MicroStrategy BI Suite (Reports, Dashboards, Dossiers, Documents).
- Knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture, Intelligence Server, and Object Manager.
- Experience in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Dimensional Modeling, and ETL processes.
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
- Knowledge of MicroStrategy security administration and user management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
