About this role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Junior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including PowerApps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying innovative, high-quality solutions that align with business needs, with a particular focus on Power Pages (formerly Power Portals) to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly web portals and applications.

Responsibilites:

Solution Development:
1. Design and develop PowerApps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Pages, and Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Create and configure interactive and visually appealing web portals using Power Pages.
3. Develop workflows and automation processes using Power Automate.
Integration and Customization:
1. Integrate Power Pages and other Power Platform components with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using APIs, custom connectors, and plug-ins.
2. Implement customizations using JavaScript, Liquid Templates, C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
Security and Maintenance:
1. Implement role-based security and authentication for Power Pages, including Azure AD B2C or OAuth, etc.
2. Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain reliability and performance for deployed solutions.
3. Understand and contribute to Power Platform administration and deployment processes.
Collaboration and Support:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Provide support and training for users and administrators on Power Platform solutions.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise :
1. 5-7 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate.
2. Proficiency in Power Pages, including advanced configurations, web templates, entity permissions, and content snippets.
3. Experience with Dataverse, including custom entities, fields, relationships, and data model design.
4. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Liquid Templates, C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
Implementation Experience :
- Involvement in at least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform.
Soft Skills :
1. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD.
Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of modern cloud development patterns and best practices.
