Job Summary

Lead enterprise-scale Power Platform architecture, Automation, RPA Migration governance, and digital transformation initiatives using Power Platform. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Dataverse, Power Apps, AI Builder, and Copilot capabilities, along with a solid understanding of RPA architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Power Platform architecture, governance, security, compliance, and environment strategy.
• Architect solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Automate Desktop.
• Define end-to-end automation architecture for enterprise business processes.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Platform.
• Review business requirements and recommend optimal automation strategies.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices
• Architect automations across desktop, web, Windows, terminal, and legacy applications.
• Design UI, API, database, and hybrid automation solutions.
• Guide development teams on PAD implementation standards and development best practices.
• Perform architecture reviews and technical governance activities.
• Design AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Agentic AI, Computer Use Agents, and GitHub Copilot
• Drive ALM, CI/CD, DevOps, platform governance, and CoE best practices.
• Mentor teams and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Required Skills
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, Dataverse.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
