Role: Microsoft Intune

Experience Range: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Must-Have :

• 5+ years of infrastructure or end-user computing support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM and SCCM/MECM in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing hybrid-joined and Entra ID-joined Windows endpoints, co-management, and Windows Autopilot provisioning.
• Expertise in workstation builds, application deployment, Windows patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance monitoring.
• Experience managing Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices, including JAMF-based Mac device management.
• Strong PowerShell automation skills and working knowledge of Git/GitHub.

Ability to provide L3 troubleshooting, integrate endpoint solutions with enterprise systems, and maintain technical documentation and test plans.

Good-to-Have :

• Experience with Tanium and LogicMonitor.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
• Knowledge of Ansible and Terraform for automation and infrastructure provisioning.
• DevOps and GitHub workflow experience.

Exposure to SuccessFactors integrations.
