Job Title: Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer

Experience: 4–5 Years (3 years Fabric & 4-5 years Power BI)

Location: Ahmedabad (Temporary Work From Home; may transition to Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer with strong expertise in

data modeling and semantic model development . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Microsoft Fabric, SSAS, MDX, Dataflows, and Power Query , and must be comfortable building

robust semantic models before report development . This role goes beyond traditional report development and requires strong knowledge of

data architecture and BI modeling .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop semantic data models using Microsoft Fabric / Power BI datasets
• Build and manage dataflows, data pipelines, and transformations using Power Query
• Develop and maintain SSAS Tabular models and work with MDX queries
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to create scalable BI models
• Optimize and manage data models for performance and usability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured semantic models
• Support the development of Power BI reports built on top of the underlying semantic models
• Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in BI architecture

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in Power BI / Microsoft Fabric development
• Strong experience with semantic modeling and data architecture
• Hands-on expertise in: + Microsoft Fabric + Power Query + Power BI Dataflows + SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) + MDX
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures)
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and building scalable datasets
• Proficiency in SQL

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Azure data services
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience working with large BI environments and enterprise datasets
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques in Power BI / SSAS
