About this role
Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Validate business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM modules.
Track defects, coordinate with development teams, and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in test planning, execution, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
Support automation testing initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Testing.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365 FO) and/or Dynamics CRM testing.
Experience in one or more modules:
o Finance
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o General Ledger (GL)
o Bank and Cash Management
o Inventory and Warehouse Management
o Supply Chain Management
o Product Management
o Expense Management
Experience in CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, and Field Service.
Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is preferred.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
Preferred Skills
Automation testing experience.
Agile/Scrum project experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Roles ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of an Infoscion
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
