Microsoft Dynamics Navision Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of ERP business processes and hands-on experience in NAV implementation, support, configuration, and requirement analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics NAV functional solutions.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify improvements.
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules.
• Provide functional support for Finance and Accounting processes.
• Work on modules such as:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Fixed Assets
• Cash Management
• Sales & Purchase
• Inventory
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Analyze production issues and provide functional solutions.
• Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations and enhancements.
• Conduct user training and prepare user guides/documentation.
• Participate in NAV implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision.
• Strong Functional Consulting experience.
• Good understanding of ERP and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Ability to work independently with business users and technical teams.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Dynamics NAV 2015 / 2016 / 2017 / 2018.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• NAV Techno-Functional experience is also welcome.
• Exposure to NAV implementation, upgrade, or migration projects is preferred.
