- MS Dynamics CRM Developer
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development experience.
- 4+ years of recent hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Online.
- Strong knowledge of D365 CRM architecture, customization, configuration, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, including:
- Custom Plugins
- Custom Workflow Activities/Assemblies
- Business Logic
- Strong experience with Dataverse and D365 customization.
- Strong Dynamics 365 CRM module knowledge Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.
- Experience with CRM integrations using:
- REST/Web APIs
- SOAP
- Dataverse Web API/OData
- C#/.NET-based integration services
- Strong Power Platform experience:
- Power Apps
- Model-Driven Apps
- Canvas Apps
- Power Automate
- PCF Controls
- Hands-on Azure experience, especially:
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus
- Key Vault
- App Service
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience with HTML/CSS; Angular, React, or jQuery is preferred.
- Strong SQL Server experience, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, Git, and Visual Studio.
- Experience with D365 solution management and deployment, including managed/unmanaged solutions and environment migrations.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and .NET best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting plugins, workflows, integrations, APIs, security, performance, and deployment issues.
