Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in C#/.NET, D365 plugins, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, REST APIs and Azure integrations. The candidate should have experience in developing, customizing, integrating, deploying and supporting enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Work on D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations and Marketing.
• Configure and customize Dataverse entities/tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, workflows and Business Process Flows.
• Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities and integrations.
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, OData, FetchXML and Dataverse Web API.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
• Perform data migration, transformation, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Work with SQL Server and reporting technologies such as SSRS / Power BI.
• Manage Dynamics 365 solutions, environments and deployments using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, UAT and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and optimize application performance.
• Provide post-go-live support and work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodology and standard SDLC processes.

Candidate Profile

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and customization.
• Strong programming experience in C#/.NET and JavaScript.
• Experience working on implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security, relationships and business processes.
• Good understanding of integrations and Azure services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, solution deployment and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global/cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
