Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical developer with 7-10 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise application integration.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, .NET Core, C#, and Azure.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, plugins, Power Pages, Power Automate, security, integrations, and solution management.
• Strong development experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, React, JavaScript, and Entity Framework Core.
• Hands-on experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure services, and external systems.
• Strong understanding of Azure architecture and experience working with Azure Functions, Storage, App Service, and Logic Apps.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently make technical decisions and take ownership of complex technical deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
