Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Functional Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. The candidate will be responsible for validating business requirements, analyzing financial processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that the system meets business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze financial processes and map workflows to system functionality.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Identify process gaps and recommend system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support team decisions and resolve complex functional issues.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Good understanding of financial business processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow validation.
• Ability to translate complex business scenarios into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and team collaboration.
