We're Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (Technical)

We are looking for an experienced technical developer to join a premium client and work on enterprise-grade CRM solutions, integrations, and cloud-based applications.

Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Location: Bangalore Only
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timing: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, CRM Customization & Configuration, Plugin Development, Custom Workflow Activities, Power Pages, Power Automate
• Backend Development: C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, RESTful API Development
• Frontend Development: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Microsoft Azure: Azure App Service / Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Logic Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Gateway, Application Insights
• Security & Authentication: Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, OAuth
• DevOps & Architecture: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Solution Architecture, Technical Design, Code Reviews, and Technical Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
• Build plugins, custom workflow activities, Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, React.js, and REST APIs.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, .NET applications, and external systems.
• Implement secure, scalable cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Storage, and Logic Apps.
• Manage solution deployment, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Follow SOLID principles, design patterns, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and take ownership of complex technical deliverables.
