Role Summary:
Lead technical teams in the configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales application. Oversee enterprise-scale CRM projects, ensuring robust architecture, integration, and governance. Drive technical excellence across Azure and Power Platform solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and lead technical teams in delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementations
- Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring best practices in architecture and data governance
- Integrate D365 CE with Azure services, Power Platform, and support data migration and release management activities
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and implementation, specifically in Sales
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise CRM projects
- Deep expertise in D365 CE Architecture, Dataverse security roles, environment governance, and complex relational data models
- Advanced skills in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Webhooks)
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, FetchXML
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages/Portals
- Experience integrating AI Copilots and agents using Copilot Studio with Dataverse workflows
- Hands-on experience in data migration using SSIS (KingswaySoft) and Azure Data Factory
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting and dashboards
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management
