Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Work as a client-facing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
• Understand, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• Demonstrate the Dynamics 365 CRM solution's capabilities and recommend the best-fit solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Perform functional analysis, solution design, system configuration, and support end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and solution management components.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and deployment.
• Review and optimize client business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct user training, UAT support, and post-implementation support.
• Manage CRM projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and go-live support.
• Utilize Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, and work with Azure-based integrations when required.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and CRM business processes.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and UAT.
• Experience delivering CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure is preferred.
• Experience working on end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
• Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
