Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) and Dynamics 365 Sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Dataverse, Power Automate, C# plugin development, CRM customization, workflow automation, integrations, and Power Platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Work extensively with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ).
• Configure and customize CRM entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
• Develop and maintain C# plugins and other customizations within Dynamics 365.
• Design and implement Power Automate flows for business process and workflow automation.
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, configuration, and integration.
• Implement sales and marketing processes within Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using APIs, Web API, REST APIs, or other integration mechanisms.
• Work with Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage Dynamics 365 solutions and support solution deployment across environments following development and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support where required.
• Follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Strong hands-on experience with Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) / Dynamics 365 Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
• Strong C# development skills.
• Hands-on experience developing Dynamics 365 C# plugins.
• Experience in CRM customization and configuration.
• Experience with workflow/process automation.
• Experience with integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of Power Platform.

Good to Have

• JavaScript/TypeScript for Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Power Apps / Model-driven Apps.
• Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Azure-based integrations.
• Custom workflow activities.
• Business Process Flows.
• Experience with ALM and Dynamics 365 solution deployment.
• Experience implementing end-to-end sales and marketing processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a combination of functional understanding and strong technical development skills, particularly across:

Dynamics 365 CE/CRM + Dynamics 365 Sales + Customer Insights – Journeys + Dataverse + Power Automate + C# Plugins + Integrations/APIs

Candidates with strong experience in only Dynamics 365 Sales but without hands-on CIJ/Dynamics 365 Marketing or C# plugin development may not be an exact match.
