This is an excellent opportunity for a strong data engineering and analytics leader who has hands-on experience in modern data architecture, cloud-based data engineering, analytics platform design, team management, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise-scale data transformation. 📍 Location: World trade centre, Bangalore. 💼 Experience: 8+ Years 💰 CTC: ₹30–40 LPA 🔎 About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise data platform initiatives and driving the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and business-focused data solutions. This role requires deep expertise in **Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure SQL**. The selected candidate will lead a high-performing team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and BI developers while working closely with business stakeholders to convert analytical requirements into reliable, high-performance data solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of modern data platforms using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric ✅ Build and manage end-to-end data solutions covering data ingestion, transformation, modeling, visualization, governance, and performance optimization ✅ Work extensively with Microsoft Fabric components including OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics ✅ Design and oversee scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure-native services ✅ Drive Lakehouse architecture and modern data warehousing patterns for enterprise analytics requirements ✅ Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and BI developers ✅ Establish strong data governance, security, compliance, role-based access control, and data quality frameworks ✅ Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver scalable, business-driven solutions ✅ Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices for Microsoft Fabric and Azure data workloads using Azure DevOps ✅ Optimize cost, performance, scalability, and reliability of Azure and Fabric-based data solutions ✅ Stay updated with the Microsoft Fabric roadmap and evolving modern analytics capabilities 🧠 Required Skills & Experience ✔ 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, data platform architecture, or modern data solution delivery ✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading technical teams ✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and OneLake ✔ Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Power BI ✔ Strong understanding of Lakehouse architecture, modern data warehousing, and enterprise data platform design ✔ Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and data modeling techniques ✔ Experience with Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture ✔ Good understanding of data governance, data security, compliance frameworks, and role-based access control ✔ Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps ✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and architectural decision-making skills 🎓 Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate certification ⭐ Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification ⭐ Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification ⭐ Experience with real-time analytics using Event Hub, Fabric Real-Time Analytics, or Stream Analytics ⭐ Experience integrating AI/ML workloads within Microsoft Fabric or Azure ⭐ Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs 🌟 What We’re Looking For We are looking for a strategic, technically strong, and hands-on data leader who can take ownership of enterprise data platform initiatives, guide technical teams, and build future-ready analytics solutions.
