Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom copilots using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility
• Integrate Azure OpenAI (LLMs) and build RAG-based solutions using enterprise data
• Develop copilots for functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR
• Build integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Power Platform
• Automate workflows using Power Automate and AI-driven agents
• Ensure data security, governance (RBAC), and compliance in AI solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
• Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
• Azure OpenAI / Generative AI / LLMs
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Prompt engineering, RAG architectures
• APIs, Microsoft Graph, enterprise integrations
• Proficiency in Python / JavaScript / .NET
