Must-have skills

• Strong .NET and C# fundamentals
• Strong ASP.NET Core Web API experience
• React and TypeScript capability that is strong enough to independently build and modify routine screens within existing frontend patterns
• Database experience across SQL and NoSQL, or strong experience in one with the ability to learn the other quickly
• Cloud fundamentals
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Security awareness, including secure API design, tenant-boundary thinking, and the ability to spot common vulnerabilities
• Ability to work independently on complex end-to-end tasks

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB and Azure SQL
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Storage, Key Vault, and monitoring
• Experience with financial, tax, or compliance-related platforms
• Experience supporting frontend modernization in enterprise systems
• Experience with Motif, design-system migration, or enterprise user interface transitions
