Job Title: Microsoft 365 Intune and Entra ID Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Microsoft Intune and Entra ID Support Engineers to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Microsoft Intune and Entra ID services. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of both basic and advanced features of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. They will be responsible for resolving customer issues via email and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding Microsoft Intune and Entra ID issues.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 Intune and Entra ID services, including but not limited to:

- Mobile Application Management (MAM)

- Mobile Device Management (MDM)

- Conditional Access

- Single Sign-On (SSO)

- App Deployment

- L1 Support: Provide Level 1 support for common issues such as:

- Device Enrollment

- Policy Creation

- Application Deployment

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Configuration

- Conditional Access and basic configurations

- Escalation: Escalate complex issues to Level 2 (L2) support and collaborate to resolve advanced technical problems.

- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis and document solutions for recurring issues.

- Customer Guidance: Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear instructions.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Microsoft Intune and Entra ID updates, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID suite, including MAM, MDM, SSO, and Conditional Access.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell for administrative tasks.

- Basic understanding of email flow, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM), and networking concepts.

- Soft Skills:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tickets simultaneously.

Experience

- L1 Support: 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and Entra ID support or IT helpdesk.

- L2 Support: 2-3 years of experience with advanced troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft 365.
