Microsoft 365 Copilot And Copilot Studio Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio Specialist- Arabic Speaking to support an enterprise-wide AI adoption and digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and Microsoft Power Platform.

The role will focus on designing and implementing AI-powered solutions, enabling business users, conducting Copilot training and workshops, and driving measurable adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and IT teams to identify high-value AI use cases and transform them into secure, scalable, and practical Copilot solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise business requirements.
• Build and customize AI agents, Copilot agents, connectors, workflows, and integrations using Copilot Studio.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI responses, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into existing business processes and workflows.
• Work across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
• Design secure data integrations and ensure appropriate access controls for enterprise Copilot solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, senior management, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define suitable AI use cases.
• Conduct Copilot clinics, workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and user enablement programs.
• Develop user adoption strategies and support organization-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
• Promote an AI-first culture by demonstrating practical use cases and productivity improvements.
• Monitor adoption, user feedback, productivity gains, and business outcomes to measure the value of Copilot initiatives.
• Continuously refine Copilot use cases and solutions based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Support change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption and value realization.
• Follow enterprise security, data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements while implementing AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience designing and implementing custom Copilot agents, connectors, integrations, and secure data solutions.
• Experience working in enterprise environments and supporting digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
• Proven experience conducting training, workshops, Copilot clinics, demonstrations, and user enablement programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutions.
• Experience measuring AI adoption, productivity improvements, user engagement, and business value.
• Strong understanding of change management and enterprise-wide technology adoption.
• Arabic-speaking capability is required for effective engagement with local stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI adoption programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions and integrations.
• Knowledge of AI security, enterprise data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and related cloud technologies.
• Microsoft certification in AI, Copilot, Microsoft 365, Azure, or related technologies.
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
