Requirement of Microbiologist- Team Lead - FSSAI Certified Food Analyst is preferred.
JD-
- Daily Monitoring of Microbiological Samples of Food water and Environment. Required experience 7-10 years in the food testing laboratory.
- Daily monitoring of log books and calibration .
- Need to do documentation as per ISO 17025 requirement.
- Need to perform work as per the requirement and assigned by HOD.
- Must have knowledge to face NABL /regulatory audit.
- Monitoring of TAT, report review, inventory monitoring of micro department.
Job Summary (Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):
- Testing as per Protocol
- Communicate with Manager / Testing Team for Testing
- Collect training samples
- To help in inorganic/Inorganic sampling & testing
- To Assist sample extraction and sample Analysis
- Textile/leather sample extraction for different RSL parameter
- Having Knowledge of Instrument Analysis
- Sample preparation
- Testing as per Protocol
- Knowledge of inorganic/Organic chemistry
