About the Role

Delinquent Audit Manager – Portfolio team- will be handling one zone & responsible for:

• Prevention & Detection of Fraud & Branch Visit
• Liasing with Police officials & legal team for filing FIR & Recovery.
• Investigation of Fraud incident & reporting

Key Responsibilities

Planning and strategy

• Ensure that all the staff are adequately trained on the bank’s products, sales processes, and various

policies.

• Maintain “business quality” / “portfolio quality”.
• Liasoning and coordination with counterparts in business.
• Liasoning with external agencies
• Branch Visit based on the Red alerts
• Create Early warning signal based on investigation & Collection Efficiency
• Need to Monitor & Ensure Investigation is closed within 30days
• Proper evidence collection & 100% digital storage.
• Liasioning with Insurance co on claim settlement & documentations.

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is: • Graduate / Post Graduate • Experience of 9+ Years in Banking/Microfinance Industry • Team management skills & liasoning

Role Proficiencies:

• Knowledge of MFI products and services
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) in English and local language
• Well versed with Microsoft office tools for data analysis and presentation
• Ability to manage complex situations
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority setting environment
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
