MICE TRAVEL CONSULTANT (INDIAN MARKET)

Position: MICE Travel Consultant (Indian Market)

Salary: Up to INR 60,000/month + Attractive Bonus (Uncapped Commission)

Hiring Office: Hanoi, Vietnam (Headquarters)

Working Location: Dadar (East), Mumbai

YOUR ROLE INVOLVES:

Consultancy: Design tailor-made MICE & Package tours for corporate Indian clients.

Pricing: Create competitive quotations and itineraries for Vietnam & Indochina destinations.

Operations: Coordinate with our Vietnam team for seamless ground services.

On-field: Escort VIP MICE groups and ensure 5-star service delivery.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Destination Expertise: Deep understanding and strong knowledge of destinations, attractions, and travel routes in Vietnam,Thailand and Cambodia.

Language: Fluency in both English & Hindi (both written and spoken) is mandatory to communicate with corporate clients and report to the Head Office.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in Inbound MICE / Tour Operations (preferably handling Indian groups to Southeast Asia).

Culture Insight: Deep understanding of Indian corporate traveler needs, preferences, habits, and culinary expectations.

Attitude: Proactive, "Can-do" mindset, high sense of responsibility, and ability to handle pressure during peak seasons.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Fixed Salary: Up to INR 60,000 per month (subject to TDS and professional tax deductions)

Bonus: Uncapped commission and attractive incentives based on sales performance and KPIs.
