Mice Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven MICE Sales & Operations professional to drive corporate business growth and deliver flawless event experiences. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of MICE projects from business development and client pitching to vendor negotiations, customized itinerary planning, and seamless on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Client Acquisition:
• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR heads, and admin managers.
• Proposal & Pitching:
• Understand corporate client requirements and craft tailored MICE proposals, customized travel itineraries, and detailed event concepts.
• Prepare commercial bids, cost estimates, and pitch presentations to win competitive MICE accounts.
• Vendor Management & Costing:
• Liaise and negotiate with airlines, hotel chains, transport providers, local dMCs, and event vendors to secure competitive rates and maximize profit margins.
• Prepare accurate budgets, ensure cost optimization, and manage project profitability.
• Operations & On-Ground Execution:
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including travel booking, accommodation, venue setups, branding, banquet management, and entertainment.
• Provide on-site management and execution support during corporate tours and events to guarantee exceptional guest experience and operational delivery.
• Client Servicing & Account Management:
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Handle post-event reviews, client feedback, invoicing, and timely payment collection.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Travel, or Event Management with direct corporate client exposure.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate travel trends, destination management, venue sourcing, and event logistics.
