Role Overview : The company is looking for a result-oriented MICE Sales Executive/Manager to develop and

manage Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new MICE and corporate travel business.

Approach corporate clients, travel agencies, event companies, and business groups.

Understand client requirements for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and group

travel.

Prepare customized proposals, quotations, itineraries, and presentations.

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transfers, and suppliers.

Negotiate commercial terms with clients and suppliers.

Manage the complete sales cycle.

Maintain follow-ups with prospects and clients.

Build long-term corporate relationships.

Maintain sales pipeline and conversion reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with operations and support teams after sales closure.

Required Skills

Strong B2B/corporate sales and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of MICE and group travel.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to prepare professional proposals and quotations.

Strong relationship management skills.

Comfortable with CRM and sales targets.

Preferred

Previous experience in MICE, corporate travel, DMC, travel agency, hospitality, or B2B travel

sales is preferred.
