Mice Corporate Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic MICE Sales Manager to drive corporate group business for a travel company specializing in curated, high-end and unique experiences for top management and leadership teams.

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) opportunities with corporate clients and CXO-level stakeholders
• Design and pitch bespoke, luxury travel experiences tailored to leadership teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality event and travel experiences
• Achieve revenue targets and manage the end-to-end sales cycle

Preferred candidate profileL

• 37 years of MICE or corporate travel sales experience
• Strong network with corporate clients and event planners
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for luxury travel and experiential offerings
