Experience: 1–4 Years

• Key Responsibilities:
• Support healthcare communication and coordination activities
• Work closely with internal operational and clinical support teams
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and quality standards
• Handle operational reporting, escalations, and documentation
• Support US and Europe healthcare operations processes
• Required Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in healthcare/BPO/CRO operations preferred
• Comfortable working in US/Europe shift coverage
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Work from Office – Hyderabad mandatory

Team Leader – MICC Operations

Experience: 5–8 Years
