Job Description:

• Manage and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) applications and environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot file transfer jobs.
• Work on SFTP, FTP, FTPS, and HTTPS protocols.
• Handle file transfer failures and connectivity issues.
• Manage users, permissions, certificates, and encryption keys.
• Monitor file transfers and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Create and maintain file transfer workflows and schedules.
• Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
