Job OverviewManufacturing engineer is responsible for preparing the process sheets, tool design, project implementation, troubleshooting the quality issues.
Job Requirements- Preparing Manufacturing Documents-Work instructions and process sheet preparation and updation /FMEA/Control plan preparation
- Tool design-Design of assy fixtures and tools/Modification of assy fixtures and tools in SolidWorks
- Project Implementation-Detailed process analysis/Equipment requirement/Layout preparation etc
- Process improvement-Kaizan/bring new ideas to improve the process and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering discipline
- 5-6 years' experience
- Ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions
- Solid works SAP
