Process: Healthcare - Customer Service Executive
Location: High Street Mall, Thane
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
Eligibility:
- HSC Pass
- Freshers & Candidates with 6 Months Experience Can Apply
- Average to Good Communication Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary: 16K - 17K In-hand
Shift Details:
- Male Candidates: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Rotational Shift)
- Female Candidates: Any 9-Hour Shift Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Rotational Week Off
