Location: High Street Mall, Thane

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information accurately in the system.

Eligibility:

• HSC Pass
• Freshers & Candidates with 6 Months Experience Can Apply
• Average to Good Communication Skills
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary: 16K - 17K In-hand

Shift Details:

• Male Candidates: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Rotational Shift)
• Female Candidates: Any 9-Hour Shift Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Rotational Week Off
