MetaSolv Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues reported by users.
• Convert user issues into functional requirements or support tickets.
• Perform application impact analysis.
• Support incident prioritization and resolution.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops.
• Coordinate UAT validation and defect management.
• Support production releases and change requests.
• Generate operational and SLA reports.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting MetaSolv Solution environments.
• Telecom OSS/BSS process knowledge.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of incident and change management processes.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• SQL knowledge.
• Agile methodology exposure.
• Telecom order management experience.
