About this role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Create, launch, and optimize campaigns based on business objectives.
- Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and relevant analytics tools.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and lead-generation campaigns.
- Good analytical and optimization skills.
