Meta Ads Manager - Health & Wellness D2C Only

Role & Responsibilities

Meta Ads Scaling & Performance (Primary KPI)

• Own end-to-end Meta Ads performance for a health & wellness D2C brand currently scaling toward 50 Lakh/month revenue
• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns (Advantage+, manual bidding, retargeting, lookalikes) while maintaining/improving ROAS and controlling CAC
• Continuously test budgets, audiences, and bidding strategies to unlock scale without performance drop-off
• Monitor daily performance and take quick corrective action on underperforming campaigns/ad sets
• Own monthly revenue targets tied to ad spend this is the top-priority metric for this role

Creative Strategy & Ad Copywriting

• Research competitor and category ads via Meta Ads Library to identify winning creative angles, hooks, and formats in the nutra/wellness space
• Track market trends and translate them into fresh ad copy, hooks, and creative briefs
• Write ad copy (primary text, headlines, CTAs) optimized for health/wellness audience psychology and Meta's compliance guidelines for health claims
• Continuously test new angles, hooks, and offers to prevent creative fatigue

Strategy & Sales Planning

• Plan ahead for upcoming sales events, seasonal pushes, and promotional offers — build campaign structure and creative calendar in advance
• Design offer strategy (discounts, bundles, limited-time promos) in coordination with the brand/client to maximize conversion during key sales periods
• Present data-backed strategy recommendations for scaling spend month-over-month

Client Communication & Coordination

• Be the primary point of contact for client-side discussions on performance, strategy, and upcoming plans
• Prepare and present clear, actionable performance reports (weekly/monthly) to clients
• Translate client business goals into actionable Meta Ads strategy

Team Coordination

• Work closely with the creative/production team to brief new ad creatives based on performance data and market research
• Coordinate with video editors/designers to ensure fast turnaround on creative testing
• Provide clear feedback loops between ad performance data and what the creative team should produce next

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) — not just campaign monitoring, but strategic ownership
• Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Nutra/Health/Wellness/Supplements category — must understand Meta's ad policy restrictions around health claims, before/after content, and compliance-heavy creative approval process
• Proven experience scaling ad spend/revenue for a D2C brand — should be able to show real results (screenshots/case study) of scaling a brand to meaningful monthly revenue
• Strong copywriting skills — ability to write scroll-stopping hooks and persuasive ad copy for wellness audiences
• Comfortable using Meta Ads Library for competitor research and creative inspiration
• Experience working directly with clients — confident communicator who can explain performance data and strategy in simple terms
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative/production teams and give clear, actionable creative briefs
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, LTV and using these to guide decisions
• Prior experience planning campaigns around sales events/promotions is a strong plus
• Based in or willing to work from Noida (specify in-office/hybrid as per your setup)
