Mes Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support GE Vernova (GE Digital) Plant Applications modules such as Production, Quality, Efficiency, and SPC.
• Gather requirements and implement MES solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs (OEE, Downtime, Throughput).
• Integrate MES with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SCADA/PLC systems.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with plant, quality, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in GE Plant Applications (Plant Apps).
• Strong understanding of MES, manufacturing processes, OEE, and shop-floor operations.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle/SQL Server, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ERP-MES integrations and industrial systems (SCADA/PLC).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to OPC, Proficy Historian, PI Historian.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, or cloud-based MES solutions.
