Mernstack Developer

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced

Mernstack who is proficient in

React, Next.js, MongoDB, and Python . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with

large-scale databases , performing

CRUD operations efficiently , and managing both

frontend and backend development .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable

web applications using

React and node.js .

• Design and optimize

MongoDB databases for handling large datasets.

• Implement and optimize

CRUD operations on complex and high-volume data systems.

• Build and maintain robust

RESTful and GraphQL APIs using

Python .

• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Write

clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Optimize backend logic for better

performance, security, and scalability .

• Work closely with

DevOps and ensure proper deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in

full stack development .

• Strong proficiency in

React.js & node.js .

• Hands-on experience with

MongoDB , including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.

• Strong

Python skills, with experience in

FastAPI/Django/Flask .

• Proficiency in building and integrating

RESTful and GraphQL APIs .

• Experience handling

large-scale databases with millions of records.

• Strong understanding of

asynchronous programming and

event-driven architecture .

• Knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Familiarity with

authentication mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, and session management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of

microservices architecture .

• Knowledge of

unit testing and TDD .

• Familiarity with

serverless architecture .

• Working knowledge of

BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
