We're Hiring: MERN Stack Developer (Full-Time)

YUGA AI , a product of

Navodhan Educational Technologies Private Limited , is looking for an ambitious

MERN Stack Developer who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up. We're not just building another EdTech platform—we're building an AI-powered learning ecosystem with the vision of becoming one of the world's most valuable EdTech startups. Our product is currently in

Beta Testing , and we are expecting for our

first round of funding very soon . This is an opportunity to join early, make a significant impact, and grow alongside the company.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the

MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

• Passion for building scalable, high-quality software
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Interest in

Artificial Intelligence is a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation

• Probation Period (First Month): ₹10,000
• Performance will be evaluated during the first month.
• Upon successful completion of probation,

salary will increase by a minimum of 200% (or more), based on performance and company growth.

• ESOPs will be offered to deserving candidates.
• If the company secures investment during your tenure, eligible team members may also receive a

bonus , considering the contribution to the product.

Working Hours 🕘 Monday to Friday

9:30 AM – 5:00 PM ✅ Weekends Off
