MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work across the full stack MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.jsand collaborate closely with product, analytics, and business teams to deliver highquality, performance-driven solutions.

This role involves write clean maintainable code, , ensuring security, debug, troubleshoot, building data-driven applications, implementing RESTful APIs, optimizing performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Frontend Development (React.js)

• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js
• Build reusable components and manage state using Redux / Context API
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Implement role-based UI and data visualizations (charts, dashboards)

Backend Development (Node.js & Express.js)

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Handle business logic, validations, and error handling
• Optimize API performance and scalability

Database (MongoDB)

• Design efficient MongoDB schemas
• Write optimized queries and aggregations
• Ensure data consistency and integrity
• Handle large datasets and performance tuning

DevOps & Quality

• Write unit and integration tests
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub
• Familiarity with JWT, authentication & authorization
• Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js preferred)

Database & Backend

• Strong understanding of MongoDB (indexes, aggregations)
• Knowledge of async programming and event-driven architecture
• Experience handling performance and scalability issues

Good to Have (Nice-to-Have Skills)

• Experience with TypeScript
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Experience with Power BI / analytics tools integration
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Understanding of financial or effort-based data models
