Mern Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our core development team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling high-performance web applications. You will manage the entire software development lifecycle, from database design to frontend integration. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys translating complex business requirements into seamless, functional digital products.

Role & responsibilities

Application Development & Maintenance

• Full-Stack Engineering: Develop, test, maintain, and enhance robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (or Angular as applicable), and Node.js.
• Architecture Implementation: Build clean, scalable, and reusable code modules ensuring optimal application performance and responsiveness.

Backend & Database Management

• API Development: Design, build, and deploy robust backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Database Design: Architect, implement, and maintain highly efficient database schemas and queries using MongoDB.

Integration & Deployment

• End-to-End Integration: Seamlessly integrate frontend user-facing elements with backend logic, database layers, and third-party APIs/services.
• Problem Solving: Identify bugs, troubleshoot system bottlenecks, and implement effective technical resolutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Core Stack: Deep practical experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Alternative Frontend Frameworks: Good working knowledge or familiarity with Angular is highly advantageous.
• Database & APIs: Strong command over MongoDB indexing, aggregation frameworks, and RESTful API structures.
• Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools.
• Version Control: Standard understanding of Git/GitHub workflow.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience Baseline: Exactly 2 to 3 years of professional experience working as a full-time software engineer or web developer in the IT sector.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning, troubleshooting capabilities, and attention to clean code architecture.
• Collaboration: Excellent team player with clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional product teams.
