• Full Stack Development
• Design develop and maintain full stack applications using MongoDB Express
• js React and Node

• Build reusable responsive UI components in React and ensure consistent UX across browsers and devices
• Develop secure scalable RESTful APIs in Node
• js Express and integrate them with front end workflows
• Model and manage data using MongoDB including schema design indexing and query optimization
• Quality Performance Collaboration
• Write clean testable code participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards
• Troubleshoot production issues optimize application performance and improve reliability and observability
• Collaborate with product design QA to refine requirements estimate effort and deliver features on time
• Maintain documentation for APIs components and key technical decisions to support team alignment

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• 3 5 years of hands on experience building web applications using the MERN stack
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript React Node

• Solid experience with MongoDB including data modeling and performance aware querying
• Understanding of authentication authorization patterns e

• JWT session based auth and secure API design
• Experience working with Git based version control and collaborative development practices
• Education BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA or equivalent practical experience
