You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and assisting in the execution of mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:.
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions.
Support the creation of financial models and valuation analysis.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Research market trends and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with senior executives to assess strategic fit and risks.
Key Skills & Experience:.
Proven experience in M&A analysis or investment banking.
